With a career in endoscope restoration dating back to 1996 and a degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology, Joel has lead restoration departments, training programs, and lab setups across the U.S. and Internationally. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, Joel brings unmatched expertise, precision, and leadership to every project.
Fernando Lopez
Fernando has been restoring flexible endoscopes to OEM standards since 2022. Driven by a passion for technology and healthcare, he continues to learn, grow, and deliver excellent results. His future includes pursuing Biomedical Engineering to further impact the medical industry.
Nancy Ramos Buck
As the Chief Financial Officer, Nancy brings more than 20 years of finance experience—most of it within the pharmaceutical industry—driving profitability, strategic growth, and disciplined financial execution.
